Your access to and use of the products/service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the products/service.
By accessing or using the product/service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
tofunmail maintains an email list to communicate further on marketing materials, new products, promotions, or any operational changes. If you sign up, you agree to receive emails occasionally on updates.
tofunmail products are outsourced (few products are designed and printed in Canada). Materials’ quality is maintained as per Canadian requirements. A detailed product description outlines the product’s quality and maintenance procedure. The customer is responsible to carefully read the product description before order. Any discrepancy observed, please contact us immediately. tofunmail may process a return/refund following the shipping & return process.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is made we will try to provide at least 10 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
When checking out at tofunmail.com, your shopping cart will automatically give you options to pay with PayPal or Visa/Master card.
To pay by Visa or MasterCard, simply enter your name, address, credit card number, expiry date and CVV (3 digit number found on the back of your card). To speed up the process, please be sure to enter your name and billing address exactly as it is shown on your statement. Orders with missing or incorrect information will be held until they are corrected and confirmed with your bank.
PayPal is known as the safest way to send money online! To speed up the processing time and the delivery of your order, please have your shipping address confirmed by PayPal ahead of time.
Shipping & Returns
Need to return all or part of your order? No problem! Just contact us with a complete list of all of the items you would like to return, including style numbers, colors, sizes and quantities. Please also provide your order number. We will provide you with return instructions.
- Altered or washed garments are not returnable.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Returns must be authorized by tofunmail.com.
- Returns without original packaging will be refused.
- Claims must be made within 7 days from receipt.
- Items must be sent Freight Pre-Paid.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for credits to be processed.
- Due to the nature of online ordering and shipping costs, exchanges are treated the same as returns.
- Order cancellation can only be made before the order is sent into picking – this typically happens within ten minutes of hitting ‘Place Order’, even outside of our operating hours. Please always thoroughly double check your order details before placing, as our ability to make changes is extremely limited once the order is in progress.
- Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.
Tofunmail.com uses to ship around the world. Most in-stock orders, placed before 10:00 AM PST, are shipped in the same day (Not guaranteed)
- Orders shipped by Canada Post are delivered 1 to 5 business days after being placed. Please keep an eye on the email address you provided on the order.
- Flat rate shipping uses other international courier services that might take three to four weeks depending on order and location.
- Orders are shipped through Canada Post/international courier services.
- Our company is unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
- Same Day delivery is unavailable.
- There is no pick-up option.
If you received damaged, incorrect, or missing items on an order, claims must be made within 10 business days from the date of purchase. Claims made after this time may or may not be accepted. The quicker you let us know of a problem, the faster we can fix it for you!
